Randomised Patient Access Report

This report randomly selects patients and show which users have accessed these patients.

A date range may be set by the practice, along with an option to define the number of patients in the final report

There are 2 randomised outputs:

• All consultations within date range
• Every patient selected (event log) within date range

The steps of the process are:

1. Search using the methods shown above.
2. Select the latest event for each patient.
3. Randomise the patient list.
4. Delete all other listed patients using the number that was entered as the final number of patients to be shown in the final report.

This ensures that the randomisation is only based on patients seen within the date range.
